SHIPPING

We offer free shipping and easy returns to all US destinations.

Orders will ship from our Maui studio within 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, with an estimated shipping time of 3-5 business days. Shipments above $600 in value require signature confirmation.

Free local pickup is offered from Makawao, Maui.

LOCAL PICKUP

We offer free local pickup at our Makawao, Upcountry Maui studio. Please reach out to info@baskhawaii.com to arrange a pickup time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a change, we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges on unused baskets in their original packaging when initiated within 14 days of delivery. We’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment within 1 business day of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
