Our Process

HANDMADE IN MOROCCO

Each BASK is handwoven in Morocco, in collaboration with artisans whose work has shaped some of the world’s most coveted basket designs. In our partner workshop, owned by a mother-and-daughter duo, the subtle variations of each weaver’s hand are embraced as marks of authenticity. Every basket is woven and finished in Marrakesh, a city celebrated for its artistry and centuries-old leather tradition.

ULTRA-PREMIUM MATERIALS

Raffia is prized in basketry for its exceptional strength. Our double-weaving process creates an especially durable structure, designed to carry all your essentials with ease. Our signature straps are made from full-grain leather which will only soften with time and use. Each bag includes an interior pocket to keep small items safely tucked inside.

DESIGNED FOR WEAR

Our basket bags are designed in Hawaii, where baskets are often more common than handbags for daily use. Each style is made to carry whatever you need for the day, with long leather straps that rest comfortably over the shoulder. While we wouldn’t recommend (for posture’s sake) hauling a laptop, a full water bottle, and four pounds of ankle weights, we can confirm our baskets have been put to this test - and passed.
